Ham & Cheese Pastry Rollups
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out puff pastry and use Mozzarella String Cheese or Cheese Stick as a guide. Cut puff pastry into 6-inch-long strips leaving 1-inch on either side of Mozzarella String Cheese or Cheese Stick.
  3. Next, layer ham on top of each cut puff pastry and place one Mozzarella String Cheese or Cheese Stick lengthwise on top of the ham and pastry.
  4. Lifting the puff pastry lengthwise, begin to roll it up tightly around Mozzarella String Cheese stick.
  5. When 2 inches away from end of puff pastry, tuck both ends of the pastry in and continue to roll, sealing the cheese and ham inside the pastry creating a pocket.
  6. Lay puff pastry roll ups on the baking sheet no more than 2 inches from each other.
  7. Place in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and serve.
